Chris and Roxanna do everything from checking you in, cleaning, and preparing hot coffee and fresh homemade banana bread daily.
We moved here in June of 2017 to take over the family business. We look forward to another year of Yellowstone tourism.

There are many restaurants less than one mile from Wheels Motel. We recommend Lisa's Restaurant for American steakhouse and bar.
Los Gabanes offers authentic Mexican cuisine and CC's Pizza offers a classic take on pizza. We recommend Bob's Diner (Greybull) and Copper Corner (ten min drive to Basin) for breakfast and lunch.
All rooms are ground level, have a mini-fridge, microwave and cable TV. We have a Guest Laundry room open 24/7, ice machine and Coke vending machine. We provide complimentary high-speed internet access.

This beginner hike is a 20 min drive on the Scenic Byway on HWY 14. It is where ranchers take their cattle over the mountain for the Winter. The trail follows the river the entire way. It is also a great place to cast a line for fishing. Fishing licenses available for purchase at the local grocery store Lynn's. Fishing poles for rent for $5 at the Greybull Chamber of Commerce.
A 30 minute scenic drive from Wheels Motel is Shell Falls. Follow the newly refurbished stairway down to get a beautiful view of the waterfall.
A 20 Minute drive from Wheels Motel. Walk down the boardwalk to explore hands on real dinosaur tracks. A great place for kids and families to do an activity together.
